How does it all work?
Gem Rock is played with 6 reels and 4 symbols per reel. The win-all-ways mechanism is applied here: it doesn't matter where symbols fall on the reels, as long as they fall from the first reel to successive reels from right to left. So there are no paylines, but a total of 4,096 ways to win.
The minimum bet is only 0.10 euros per spin and the maximum bet is limited to 50 euros per spin. Gem Rocks is suitable for both the low roller and high bet player. You have to keep a bit of risk in your game – Gem Rocks is a typical high variance slot machine.

Symbols and payouts
The symbols of Gem Rocks consist of, how do you guess, gems that are eaten in the rocks. There are 8 types of gems, all of which can occur in small or larger stacks.
The highest paying symbol is a red star. If you manage to spin 6 red stars, you will earn 200 coins. The other gems have to do with significantly less: between 20 and 35 coins with the same 6.
Yet there is no reason to despair. Because of the many ways to win and the stacked symbols you can win very nice prizes. And to give you an extra move, there are also 2 x 2, 3 x 3 and 4 x 4 Mega symbols in the basic game.
With every winning combination, the winning symbols disappear and new ones replace them.
Save for Mega Symbols
Gem Rocks has no real bonus feature such as free spins, a wheel or a pick and click bonus. There is, however, a feature with which you can win Mega Symbols. You do this by running several winning combinations one after the other.
It goes like this:
2 winning combinations: Mega Symbol of 2 x 2
5 winning combinations: Mega Symbol of 3 x 3
9 winning combinations: Mega Symbol of 4 x 4
The Mega Symbol is chosen at random but always guarantees a winning combination. It seems that it always takes the form of the most favorable (read: most profitable) symbol, but we have not found that in the manual. It may therefore have been purely our own luck.
This Mega Symbol feature can really pay out extremely well. If you play the maximum bet, the maximum win with this feature is 450,000 euros. Not bad for a slot machine without a progressive jackpot.
